RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery date.
We want you to be truly satisfied with your order so we are happy to offer you a free refund for store credit or for refunds to the original form of payment, the cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable. After 14 days, items may be returned for store credit.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(S)
1. Contact us by email at email@example.com within 14 days from the delivery date. Include your name, order number, the item you are returning, and reason. Please allow us 1-2 business days to send you a return label.
2. Once you received the return label via email, please package up your return items securely, print the return label, affix it to the package, and lastly drop the return off at the carrier.
3. Refunds are issued once the merchandise has undergone a quality control check. You will receive your refund or store credit within 3-5 business days. Ancient Amazons has the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our returns standards. By purchasing from www.ancientamazons.com, you agree to these terms and conditions.
- Returned items must have all original tags attached.
- Returned items must not be worn, damaged, altered, or washed.
- Footwear must not be worn, scuffed, or marked.
- Return items must include the original packaging intact: shoe box, dust bag, jewelry box, and/or bags.
*Sale Items: All sale items are final sale. We do not offer returns or store credit for final sale items.
