RETURNS & REFUNDS

To make a return, please contact us at info@ancientamazons.com, and we will provide you further instructions.

*Ancient Amazons monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

*We are not responsible for items not received by us due to shipping issues.

RETURN POLICY

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the order date.

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment, or as merchandise credit. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Ancient Amazons will issue a refund for merchandise that meets the conditions below:

  • Returned items must have all original tags attached.
  • Returned items must not be worn, damaged, altered, or washed.
  • Footwear must not be worn, scuffed, or marked.
  • Return items must include the original packaging intact: shoe box, dust bag, jewelry box, and/or bags.

*Sale Items: All sale items are final sale. We do not offer returns or store credit for final sale items.

**Orders placed using a promotional discount code cannot be combined with any other offers.

Refunds are issued once the merchandise has undergone a quality control check. Ancient Amazons has the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the conditions stated above.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you would like before returning your original purchase to ensure that your exchange item is in stock. Once your return is received, we will process a refund (the customer is responsible for shipping and handling for all exchanges.)
