We are happy to offer a refund for full-priced items within 14 days of receiving your order. Any returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.

U.S. Returns for store credit are free. The cost of the return shipping label is deducted from refunds made to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

*Orders placed with store credits can only be refunded in-store credit.

**Final Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

****Orders placed using a promotional discount code cannot be combined with any other offers.


  • Returned items must have all original tags attached.
  • Returned items must not be worn, damaged, altered, or washed.
  • Footwear must not be worn, scuffed, or marked. We do not accept returns if there is significant damage to the shoebox or if the shoe box has been used as the shipping box.
  • Jewelry and Hair Accessories cannot be returned.  


1. Contact us by email at within 14 days from when you receive the order. Include your name, order number, the item you are returning, and reason. 

2. Once you received the return label via email, please package up your return items securely, print the return label, affix it to the package, and lastly drop the return off at USPS. 

3. Refunds are issued once the goods have undergone a quality control check. You will receive your refund or store credit within 3-5 business days. 

*Make sure to have your return dropped off in 14 days from when you receive your order to receive your refund. Please only send returns using our pre-paid return labels so that we can track your stuff. We cannot refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels.



Exchanges are not automated at this time. To make an exchange, return the original items for a full refund or store credit and place a new order.
